FAQs

What is a health coach?

1

A health coach is a trained wellness professional who partners with you to create sustainable lifestyle changes that support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

As a Certified Integrative Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I take a whole-person approach. That means we look at more than just food. We explore stress, sleep, boundaries, relationships, career demands, movement, and daily rhythms, because true wellness is interconnected.

Health coaching is not about quick fixes. It’s about helping you build habits that feel realistic, supportive, and aligned with your life.

Why work with a health coach?

2

Many women know what they “should” be doing but struggle with consistency, energy, and accountability.

Working with a health coach gives you:

  • Personalized guidance tailored to your lifestyle

  • Accountability and structured support

  • A safe space to process stress and burnout

  • Clear, manageable action steps

  • Tools to regulate energy and build sustainable routines

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, constantly tired, stuck in survival mode, or disconnected from your body’s natural rhythm, coaching can help you reset in a way that feels doable, not drastic.

What can I expect from sessions?

3

Each session is collaborative, supportive, and action-oriented.

You can expect:

  • A check-in on wins, challenges, and energy levels

  • Gentle but powerful coaching questions

  • Education around stress, habits, and rhythm-based routines

  • Clear next steps that feel realistic

  • Encouragement and accountability between sessions

Sessions are not lectures. They are guided conversations designed to help you gain clarity and take aligned action.

Is health coaching right for me?

4

Health coaching is a great fit if you:

  • Feel stressed, burned out, or stretched thin

  • Struggle with fluctuating energy

  • Have trouble staying consistent with healthy habits

  • Want support but not rigid rules

  • Are ready to take ownership of your wellness

You don’t need to be at rock bottom to begin. You just need to be ready for change.
